Refund Policy
Before requesting a pro-rated refund, please remember we have a robust in-house replacement system for invalid leads you need replaced. This can be accessed by the "Credit Request" link on the left side in your backoffice. Examples include disconnected numbers, wrong locations, wrong categories etc. Our verification department will call on your invalid leads, confirm and grant a credit to your backoffice balance to be used towards replacements.
Refunds on Account Balance
You are always eligible for a pro-rated refund by giving notice to 4LegalLeads.com by email.
The amount of a pro-rated refund shall be your current balance at the time you pause your account and notify us minus all bonuses added for extra credit. Items exempt from return include leads already purchased exclusively and delivered as advertising was already paid in the delivery of this service.
To complete your return, simply email us at Sales@4LegalLeads.com with the request to suspend your account and issue a pro-rated refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You are always welcome to contact us to check on the status of your pro-rated refund.
Bonuses (if applicable)
Bonus funds added to your account from "volume bonuses" "early bird specials" or "referral credits" shall be excluded from returns since they were not part of the original payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Requesting a lead credit through our backoffice is the equivalent of an exchange and is granted for disconnected, wrong location, wrong category, and other reasons as listed in the drop-down credit request menu.
Balance Transfers
We can at anytime transfer unspent balances between accounts at your request, provided we have the original purchasers permission.
Shipping
All advertising services and information are available to you in your backoffice using the very same login you used to make the purchase and add funds each time. For that reason, you always have access to your purchased data. We will also deliver notification by email and optional text message, however, it is the buyers responsibility to make sure their contact information is up-to-date and check their backoffice in the case of email or text delivery failures
